Effective device management is essential for an app's success, but Paramount+ faced challenges with unclear microcopy, causing user friction and drop-offs.

My goal was to craft concise, user-friendly microcopy that seamlessly guided users through the process.

I was responsible for auditing and rewriting microcopy for user device management to ensure seamless integration into the Paramount+ UI.

Content Audit

I reviewed the existing microcopy to identify areas of confusion, redundancy, or misalignment with the product’s tone.

Writing Microcopy

I focused on clarity, brevity, and actionability in every element, from CTAs, to descriptions so that all microcopy aligned with the product’s voice, balancing helpfulness and professionalism. I also worked with designers to ensure microcopy fit seamlessly within the app's visual design.
