In the new Max app a notification center was being introduced, but users needed clear guidance to understand its value, use, and product relevancy.
My goal was to create user-focused content that drove awareness, adoption, and engagement.
I crafted in-product copy for the new notification center feature while collaborating with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent narrative across channels.

Understanding the New Feature
I worked closely with the product team to fully understand the notification center’s functionality, purpose, and user benefits. Potential user pain points were identified through stakeholder interviews and user research.
Content Strategy
I created a messaging hierarchy that highlighted the notification center's value proposition, key benefits, and step-by-step usage before developing a tone and voice guide specific to the new feature to maintain consistency with Max's brand voice.

Content Creation
I created in-product copy to guide users through discovery and adoption and partnered with design to ensure copy complemented the user flow and visual hierarchy.
