The existing onboarding flow for Paramount+ in the U.K. was lengthy and unclear, leading to high drop-off and user frustration.
My goal was to streamline the experience, improve task completion rates, and ensure users understood the product’s value quickly.
I was responsible for auditing and rewriting the onboarding content while collaborating with product designers and marketing to create a seamless and user-friendly flow for novice users.

Content Audit
I reviewed the existing onboarding steps to identify points of confusion, redundant information, and opportunities for simplification.

Content Redesign
After analyzing feedback and usability testing insights to understand where users struggled or dropped off, I rewrote instructions, CTAs, and microcopy to make them clear, concise, and actionable.

Finalized Copy
I partnered with designers to align copy with visual elements and ensure accessibility before implementing A/B testing results where the updated flow was compared with the original.
